5.1 This technical agreement applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of pneumatic rubber fenders.

本技術(shù)協(xié)議適用于充氣橡膠護(hù)舷的設(shè)計、制造和驗(yàn)收。   

5.2 This technical agreement does not list all the details of the pneumatic rubber fender, but the products provided by the supplier meet the requirements of the technical agreement and standards of engineering design and manufacturing, as well as relevant national standards and industrial standards. The pneumatic fenders shall be manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings and process documents.

本技術(shù)協(xié)議書未列出充氣橡膠護(hù)舷的全部細(xì)節(jié)，但供貨方提供的產(chǎn)品滿足技術(shù)協(xié)議書的要求以及工程設(shè)計和制造工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，符合相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、制造行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，并應(yīng)按照規(guī)定程序批準(zhǔn)的圖樣和工藝文件進(jìn)行制造。

5.4 The supplier will provide the following technical documents:

供貨方提供如下技術(shù)資料：

5.4.1 Production and sales record of the same type products

相同類產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)和銷售業(yè)績；

5.4.2 Technical data of pneumatic rubber fenders

充氣橡膠護(hù)舷的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、特性參數(shù)；

5.4.3 Provide reports of main material used for of pneumatic rubber fenders

提供充氣橡膠護(hù)舷材料、膠料的材質(zhì)報告；

5.4.4 Provide CCS certificate

提供CCS證書;

5.4.5 Mill certificate and test report for each pneumatic rubber will be provided by supplier.

每只充氣式橡膠護(hù)舷均應(yīng)附有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收合格證和出廠檢驗(yàn)報告。

6.2.1 The rubber used in the product is Yunnan National Standard No. 1.

6.2.2 The reinforcing layer cord used in the product is nylon 6, 1400D2/V1

產(chǎn)品所使用的加強(qiáng)層簾線為錦綸6 1400D2/V1。

6.2.3 The flanges, shackles and swivels are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, the material of bolts and nuts are 304 stainless steel.

兩端法蘭、卸扣、轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)等易與海水接觸部件均做熱鍍鋅處理，螺栓和螺母為304不銹鋼件。

6.2.4 The thickness of the fender rubber frame material is not less than 18mm, and reinforcement layers are deployed between the rubber sheets.

8.3.2 Each rubber fender have a permanent unique identification mark for tracking.

8.4 Pneumatic fender warranty condition

充氣橡膠護(hù)舷質(zhì)保條款

The warranty period of supplied fenders is 1 year calculating from fender delivery time. During the warranty period, the supplier will provide free technical services and quick response for client’s request. The supplier will response by telephone or fax within 8 hours after receiving the customer's notification, if needed, can dispatch engineers to solve problems on site within 24 hours.

If there are quality problems of supplied fenders, the supplier is responsible for free repair or replacing.

護(hù)舷質(zhì)量保證期為1年，從護(hù)舷交付日期起算。在質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，供貨方提供免費(fèi)提供技術(shù)服務(wù)，產(chǎn)品在使用過程中發(fā)生故障時，在接到客戶通知后，供貨方8小時內(nèi)以電話或郵件方式給予答復(fù)，必要時在24小時內(nèi)派專業(yè)技術(shù)人員到現(xiàn)場處理解決。

在正常使用條件下，如出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題，供貨方負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)維修或更換。
