2.2 使用環(huán)境條件 Environmental Conditions
1）使用介質(zhì)：海水；
Use medium：seawater
2）環(huán)境溫度：16℃＋55℃
Environmental temperature: 16℃＋55℃
3）工作條件：充氣橡膠護舷在海水中滿足船舶靠泊作業(yè)使用。
Working requirement: pneumatic rubber fender following barge mooring working in seawater.
2.3 技術(shù)要求 Technical Requirement
1) 充氣橡膠護舷主體材料為橡膠，骨架層為掛膠簾線，內(nèi)外層橡膠要保證在使用期限內(nèi)保
持足夠的硬度，耐刺，耐酸堿，耐臭氧老化；
Main material is rubber, the skeleton layer is cord ply, the inside-outside glue layer need to be
confirmed which will keep enough hardness, stab-resistance, acid and alkali resistant and Ozone
aging resistance in service life.
2) 充氣橡膠護舷所用材料的物理性能、主要成分、力學(xué)性能指標等要達到本規(guī)格書要求（見
表 1）和 GB/T 21482-2019 標準要求；
The physical performance, main material ,force performance and other index of module
pneumatic rubber fender’s material need to meet the this document(see the table 1) and GB/T
21482-2019 standard requirements.
3) 充氣橡膠護舷材料需耐海水腐蝕；
The pneumatic rubber fender material needs to be seawater corrosion resistance.
4) 充氣橡膠護舷的兩端 Q235 熱鍍鋅吊環(huán)和卸扣強度需達到技術(shù)要求，滿足吊運懸掛使用；
The strength of Q235 HDG lifting rings and shackles at both sides of pneumatic rubber fender
are should be meet the technical requirements and could satisfy the handling.
5) 球體外觀要求光滑、平整，可以有模具縫，但不能有氣泡和橡膠片搭接；
The surface of the sphere should be flush and flat which could have mould gap but can’t havebubble and rubbers joint.
6) 球體內(nèi)外法蘭和螺栓需使用 SUS316L 材質(zhì)，防海水腐蝕；
The flange of sphere inside and outside bolts need to be SUS316L to avoid seawater corrosion.
7) 球體需高溫高壓硫化，內(nèi)層膠、簾線層和外層膠三個結(jié)構(gòu)層之間不得有任何脫層和間隙；
Sphere should be vulcanized in high temperature and high pressure condition,and the three
different layer, inside glue, cord ply and outside glue, can’t have any delaminating or gap.
8) 球體兩端需有帶有規(guī)格型號，出廠日期、出廠編號、工作壓力等標識，標識為永久性；
On both side of sphere need to add forever marking which include type, date of production,
factory number, working pressure and other marking.
9) 充氣橡膠護舷被壓縮變形 60%時反力和吸能應(yīng)滿足性能要求；
When the module pneumatic rubber fender is stressed 60% transformation, the reinforce and
energy absorption should meet the performance requirements.
10) 安全閥壓力上限 175Kpa，球體內(nèi)壓力超過 175Kpa 時安全閥必須自動開啟泄壓。初充氣
壓力 50Kpa,安全閥設(shè)定壓力 175Kpa；排氣壓力在 175Kpa 時，安全閥流量為 750 立方米
/h；
The upper limit pressure for safety valve is 175Kpa, and the valve will auto release pressure
when the inside pressure of sphere exceed 175Kpa. The pressure is 50Kpa at first filling, and the
safety valve set pressure at 175Kpa. When venting pressure is 175Kpa, the flow valve is 750
stere per hour.
