1  Pneumatic Fender

Three(3) sets for working Yokohama type fenders shall be provided on board for ship-to-ship mooring. The nominal size offender shall be Dia. 4.5m X 7m.

3  套工作用 Yokohama  形式的充氣碰墊需要提供，用于船與船對(duì)駁操作。充氣碰墊的名 義尺寸為φ4.5m X 7m。

Fender needs to be made into milk-white without tyre net. 充氣碰墊需要制作成奶白色，不需要配置輪胎網(wǎng)。

An additional rubber layer (15~20mm thickness) shall be provided outside fender. Rubber layer shall be wrapped around the fender before vulcanization. After vulcanization, the rubber layer and fender shall be merged into a whole.

充氣碰墊外面設(shè)置一圈 15~20mm  保護(hù)橡膠層。橡膠層應(yīng)在硫化之前包裹在充氣碰墊外 部。硫化完成后，橡膠層與碰墊融合成一個(gè)整體

The number of pneumatic  fender synthetic tire cord layer shall be increased  1~2 layers in additional to the ISO standard number, in order to increase the impact resistance.

充氣碰墊合成輪胎簾線的層數(shù)，應(yīng)該在 ISO  標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上增加 1~2  層，以增加碰 墊抗沖擊的能力。

Fender dimension tolerance shall be controlled within   ±3%. 充氣碰墊的尺寸偏差應(yīng)該控制在±3%范圍內(nèi)。

The weight list of every pneumatic fender parts shall be provided on TA. The total weight of one fender shall be less than 8 Tons.

充氣碰墊各部件的重量清單應(yīng)該在技術(shù)協(xié)議中提供。單個(gè)碰墊的總重應(yīng)不超過(guò) 8T。

Pneumatic fenders should comply with ISO 17357-1 2014. 充氣碰墊應(yīng)該滿足 ISO 17357-1 2014  的要求。

		Pneumatic Fender

Fender internal pressure at 0% deflection to be 50kPa. Safety valve to be provided 在 0%變形時(shí)的碰墊內(nèi)部壓力為 50kPa。提供安全閥。

The prototype certificate which confirms successful results of the tests which are evaluated by a major classification society shall be provided.

廠家應(yīng)提供由主要船級(jí)社評(píng)估出具的，證明碰墊原型試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)有效的證書(shū)。

The inspection and evaluation certificate for the ordered fenders carried out by BV shall be provided.

廠家應(yīng)提供由 BV  出具的對(duì)產(chǎn)品碰墊進(jìn)行的檢驗(yàn)及評(píng)估的產(chǎn)品證書(shū)。

Performance  curve  which  shown  the  relationship  between  deflection  percentage,  reaction force, inner pressure and energy absorption shall be provided in TA.

技術(shù)協(xié)議中應(yīng)提供碰墊的性能曲線，反映變形百分率、反力、內(nèi)部壓力及吸能值之間的 相互關(guān)系。

Fender shall be marked clearly in order to be easily distinguished by crew. 充氣碰墊上應(yīng)該有醒目的編號(hào)標(biāo)記，以方便船員區(qū)分。

A handling / storage / packing recommendation, maintenance manual and operation procedure shall be provided by maker.

起吊/儲(chǔ)存/包裝建議、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)手冊(cè)以及操作程序應(yīng)由廠家提供。

The flange offender shall be galvanized to ensure that it is resistant to corrosion by sea water. 充氣碰墊的法蘭需要進(jìn)行熱鍍鋅處理，保證能夠抵抗海水的腐蝕。

The  swivel  and  shackles  for  fenders  (galvanized)  shall  be  rotated  freely  and  will  not  be blocked by fender flange.

碰墊的轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)和卸扣(鍍鋅)應(yīng)能夠自由旋轉(zhuǎn)并不受碰墊法蘭阻擋。

SUS316 air valve and safety valve shall be well protected to avoid damage when handling. SUS316  充氣閥和安全閥應(yīng)該有良好的保護(hù)，以避免吊運(yùn)時(shí)損壞。

2.2 Baby Fender

Two(2) baby fenders (Dia.0.7m X 1.5m) without chain net to be provided at bow. 首部提供兩個(gè)小的充氣碰墊 ( φ0.7m X 1.5m），不配輪胎網(wǎng)。

2.3 Other Requirement

Racks for fender ’s storage shall be provided by yard. 充氣碰墊的儲(chǔ)存架由船廠提供。

The third-party inspection report which confirms the toxic and hazardous substances content meets No. 1257/2013 ship recycling Regulation (EU) shall be provided by maker. 廠家應(yīng)提供有毒有害物質(zhì)含量滿足歐盟（EU）1257/2013 船舶回收法規(guī)的第三方檢測(cè)報(bào)告。

Unless otherwise mentioned in this technical agreement, the technical requirement in this agreement is to be same as finalized technical requirement for ships H1870A. The finalized technical requirement includes but not limited to order specification, technical agreement, amendment to technical agreement, memorandum, approved comment and confirmed email etc.

除非在本協(xié)議中另行說(shuō)明，本系列船的技術(shù)要求應(yīng)與 H1870A 船最終確認(rèn)的技術(shù)要求一致，最 終確認(rèn)的技術(shù)要求包括但不限于訂貨說(shuō)明書(shū)、技術(shù)協(xié)議、 補(bǔ)充協(xié)議、備忘、退審意見(jiàn)、確認(rèn)的 郵件等。
