尼日利亞T7項(xiàng)目根據(jù) NIGRIA-T7L-2024-011計(jì)劃的要求，擬采購(gòu)護(hù)舷一批，請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀并按如下要求進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)：
The Train 7 Project in Nigeria is to purchase a batch of fender in accordance with the requirements of the NIGRIA-T7L-2024-011 purchase plan, please read it carefully and quote as follows:

1.報(bào)價(jià)方應(yīng)確定已理解所采購(gòu)物資詳細(xì)規(guī)格等相關(guān)要求，并按要求報(bào)價(jià)。沒有按要求的報(bào)價(jià)文件，詢價(jià)方有權(quán)做無效報(bào)價(jià)處理。
The supplier shall ensure that it has understood the relevant requirements such as detailed specifications of the purchased materials and quotes as required. If there is no quotation document as required, the RFQ party shall have the right to consider the quotation as invalid
2.報(bào)價(jià)時(shí)要求貴司所報(bào)的產(chǎn)品為全新，交貨時(shí)，供應(yīng)商需要提供產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可證、產(chǎn)品合格證書的相關(guān)證明文件資料。
When quoting, the supplier is required to report the product is brand new, when delivery, the supplier needs to provide product production license, product certificate and other relevant supporting documents.
3.護(hù)舷質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合項(xiàng)目技術(shù)規(guī)格書的相關(guān)規(guī)定。護(hù)舷采購(gòu)進(jìn)場(chǎng)后，檢驗(yàn)合格后才能算驗(yàn)收通過。
The quality of the fender shall comply with the specification requirements. After the fender enters the site,It can only be accepted after passing the  inspection.
4.交貨時(shí)間：分批次按訂單配送
